General likes in the order they popped into my head: works of all ratings, darker themes (literally and narratively), dubcon, fraught and complicated relationships, pining (mutual or one sided, pining while fucking/FWB), proxy fucking, arranged marriages/characters forced into a relationship for whatever reason, battle couples, competence kink, fealty/loyalty kink, complicated feelings about heirs/inheritance, slice of life, large or small-scale worldbuilding, breeding kink, pregnancy kink, sadism/masochism, trans characters, noir elements, historical details, secret relationships, family drama/dynamics, courtly politics or organizational politics, physical or emotional hurt/comfort, breathplay, unequal power dynamics
